Privacy notice
Understand how ChartScan handles charts, account data, saved reports and payment records.
Chart data
Original screenshots are processed on your device and are not uploaded. Extracted OHLC values are sent for validated calculations and chart allowance enforcement. Analysis results are saved privately to your account.
Account and payment records
We store your account email, display name, chart usage, saved reports, subscription period, invoice details, sender wallet address and transaction hash. Ethereum transaction information is publicly visible on-chain.
Your choices
Delete individual saved reports from the History page. Account deletion and other data requests require an operator contact, which has not yet been provided. Usage and payment records are not removed when a saved report is deleted.
Services and security
Lovable Cloud powers accounts and private data storage. Google processes social sign-in when selected. The recognition engine may download its public software files. A public Ethereum node is used to check payments. No advertising tracking is added by ChartScan.
Before launch
The operator’s legal identity, contact details, retention schedule and applicable privacy rights must be finalized before this notice can serve as a complete legal policy.
