Terms of use

ChartScan access, monthly membership and acceptable-use terms.

Educational service

ChartScan provides chart research and automated technical signals for education only. It is not a financial adviser, broker, exchange or live trading signal service. You are responsible for trading decisions and verification of results.

Accounts and allowances

Use an email address you control. Known disposable domains are blocked. Free accounts receive 2 successful charts daily, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Starter allows 150 charts per membership month; Professional allows 500; Unlimited has no monthly chart cap. File and data validation limits apply to every plan.

Monthly payments

Plans cost 749, 1,499 and 2,999 USDT respectively, paid only on Ethereum mainnet ERC-20. Access starts after payment verification and lasts one calendar month. Renewals are manually paid after expiry, never automatically debited. Unused allowance does not carry over.

Payment responsibility

Create an invoice before paying, use your connected wallet, and verify token, network, address and amount. ETH gas fees are additional. Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Wrong-network, expired-invoice or unrelated transfers cannot automatically activate a plan.

Launch requirements

Operator identity, jurisdiction, support contact, cancellation/refund policy and any mandatory consumer rights must be finalized before accepting public payments. This page does not waive any legal rights.
