Important limitations and trading risks when using ChartScan.

No guaranteed outcome

Trading can cause substantial loss. Buy and Sell signals are automated technical analysis, not instructions or guaranteed profits. A Take Profit 1 hit (first of three targets, final RR 1:2) is counted as a successful trade, but any trade can hit its Stop Loss first.

Data limitations

ChartScan examines only supplied candles. It does not verify the instrument, timeframe, news, liquidity, spread or volume. Screenshot-derived prices can be wrong. Missing indicator history returns unavailable values rather than guessed readings.

Risk calculations

Position sizing assumes spot or linear instruments and matching quote currency. It excludes broker contract conversions, leverage, fees, gaps, slippage and minimum lot sizes. Actual loss may exceed the planned stop distance.

Crypto payments

USDT and Ethereum carry token, network, counterparty and wallet risks. Blockchain payments are irreversible. Ethereum confirmations reduce but do not eliminate chain reorganization risk. Never share your private key or seed phrase.
